I am contracted in with most medical aids.  If the client prefers for me to claim directly from the medical aid on their behalf an once admin fee of R250 is applicable.  Alternatively clients are welcome to settle their account after the session and submit the claim to the medical aid for reimbursement.

The account remains the client's responsibility and it is important that the client inquire from their medical aid whether funds are available for therapy.

 

My fee is R1250 for a 51-55min session. My fees are in line with most medical aid tariffs.

Appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged for according to the full cash rate and this account is the responsibility of the client.
